Terms

Short version: Apple's standard licence covers the app. These few extra lines cover Ask Momo, the AI chat, and its subscription.

What governs Momo

Your use of the Momo app is covered by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") and by these terms. If they disagree about the licence to use the app, the Standard EULA wins. These terms add only what the Standard EULA doesn't cover: Ask Momo and its subscription.

Ask Momo is an AI

Momo's chat answers come from an AI model. It's good, and it can still be wrong — about a reading, a meaning, or what a sign says. Treat it like a friend who's a step ahead of you, not a teacher or a dictionary of record. If something matters, check it.

Age

Ask Momo is for people 16 and over, going by the birthday you give us. The rest of the app has no age limit beyond its App Store rating.

Fair use

The subscription

What you send

Your messages and photos stay yours. Only send things you're allowed to share — a photo of someone else's letter, say, isn't yours to send. We don't store what you send: it goes from your phone to the AI and nobody keeps it. The privacy policy has the details.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the bottom before the change applies. If it changes what you pay or what Ask Momo does with your data, the app tells you first.

Governing law and your rights

Dutch law applies to these terms, and the courts of the Netherlands handle any dispute.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
